What this site collects

One form, on one page. If you join the waitlist we receive what you type and select: first name, email, city, and three optional selections — who you're interested in, what you're looking for, and what phone you carry. That's the entire list. No accounts, no cookies set by us, no analytics scripts, no trackers.

Two footnotes in the interest of saying everything: this site loads its fonts from Google Fonts, so Google receives the standard technical data any font request carries (like your IP address). And our form is processed by Formspree, which delivers your submission to our inbox and handles it under its own privacy policy.

What it's used for

Three things: inviting you to the beta, deciding which cities open first, and telling you when we launch. Nothing else. Your information is never sold, never rented, and never shared for advertising.

The sensitive answers

Who you're interested in and what you're looking for are optional — skip them and you're still on the list. If you do answer, those selections are used for one purpose only: planning beta cohorts so the first rooms work for everyone in them.

How long we keep it

Until beta invitations for your city have gone out, or until you ask us to delete it — whichever comes first.

Your controls

Email pantehaai@gmail.com from the address you signed up with and ask to see, correct, or delete what we hold. We'll honor it within 45 days, usually far sooner. California residents: you have the right to know, the right to delete, and the right not to be discriminated against for using either — and we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined in the CCPA.

Who this is for

Panteha is for adults. You must be 18 or older to join the waitlist, and the app will verify age before anyone enters a room.

About the app itself

The Panteha app is built consent-first — location by device signal only, no facial recognition, matching designed to run on your phone. When the beta ships, it will carry its own privacy policy written to the same standard as this page. This page covers the website and waitlist only.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version is posted here with a new effective date. We won't quietly move the line.
